DiamondIQ Privacy Policy
DiamondIQ processes information provided by invited parents, guardians, coaches, and team administrators to operate an athlete-development workspace.
Information handled
This can include adult account and team membership details; athlete profile information; uploaded video; swing and pose-analysis results; evaluations, plans, tasks, notes, and reflections; and limited security and diagnostic information. DiamondIQ does not require or store an athlete's date of birth.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the requested analysis and coaching workflow, control access within a selected team, communicate about invitations and accounts, maintain reliability, and protect the service.
Access and sharing
Authorized members see information according to their team role and assigned-player access. Service providers may process limited information when needed to deliver email, diagnostics, hosting, storage, or analysis.
Requests
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information, contact privacy@playerlens.io. The support team will verify the requester and applicable authority before acting.
Changes
The version shown above identifies the policy acknowledged during account or team-invite acceptance. Material updates should use a new version.
